Access to the island is only by ferry boat or aeroplane. There is no road access to the island ensuring your privacy and peacefulness. The Island has three self-catering cottages for rent. For large families two family units can be combined sleeping eight guests in one cottage. The Island is perfectly positioned to explore the Garden Route, Plettenberg Bay, Natures Valley & Knysna. Its a wonderful base for water sports, fishing, lazing on the beach, exploring nature or lounging round the pool. Just after the long descent with the most beautiful view of the Robberg Peninsula (you’ve arrived in paradise!) Take the right and turn first left through the boom gate (say that you are Stanley Island guests for free access). We have not had any trouble with cars left at the parking lot and leave our own vehicles there.
